In therapy with me, you can show up as your authentic self and safely navigate any challenges you may have. I practice what I preach, so I prioritize self-care and make my own happiness a priority as well. I wasn’t always able to do that and I had to learn how to let go of what was keeping me stuck, so I can live in my truth. I want to empower you to do the same and learn how to prioritize your mental and emotional health, so you can be the best you possible. I am a nontraditional therapist and I use LGBTQIA+ affirmative, culturally competent, trauma-focused, evidence based practices to create a safe space of healing for you.
Are you ready to move past what’s keeping you stuck?
I’m the right therapist for you if…
You want a genuine connection with a therapist who is honest, direct, encouraging, and supportive.
You want a safe space to feel heard and seen without judgment or criticism.
You don’t mind doing “grow work” to help you implement what you are learning in sessions with me.
You are ready to invest in making yourself and your own happiness a priority.
