We were you. Each of us have lived this life and had to learn how to make ourselves a priority again. We were overwhelmed, stressed, carried emotional burdens and struggled with making decisions, because we were too worried about what our parents, friends, colleagues, and significant others might think. What we wanted for ourselves always came second to what everyone else wanted and needed. While we each have unique challenges, we’re no strangers to stress, overwhelm, and loneliness. We did the work to manage stress and learn self-love and acceptance, and we are now teaching other women how to do their work, so they can learn it too.

Reality/Choice Therapy


The goal of Reality/Choice Therapy is to solve problems, rebuild connections, and begin working toward a better future. It focuses on the present, not the past and focuses energy on changing thoughts and behavior. The therapist works with you to figure out what you want and how to change your current behavior to bring you closer to your goals.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy

A collaborative approach that concentrates on finding solutions in present time and exploring your hope for the future to find a quicker resolution of presenting problems. This method teaches you what you need to do in order to improve your life and with the appropriate coaching and questioning, you will be capable of finding the best solutions.

Person Centered Therapy

You are encouraged to take more of a lead in discussions, so in the process, you will discover your own solutions. The therapist acts as  compassionate facilitator, listening without judgment, and acknowledging your experience without moving the discussion in another direction until you are ready. The therapist is there to encourage and support you and to guide the therapeutic process without interrupting or interfering with your process of self-discovery.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

This form of psychotherapy treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It focuses on solutions,  encouraging you to challenge distorted thinking and change negative patterns of behavior.
